1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AI Readiness assessment at airepcheck.com (the "Site"), operated by Lionshead Digital Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.

2. Description of Services

The Site provides:

A free AI Readiness Assessment that scores your business's AI visibility signals.
The AI Readiness Guide (Standard or Contractor edition, one-time purchase), a digital guide with checklists, templates, and scripts for improving your AI visibility yourself.
Done-For-You AI Visibility Management (Core and Growth plans), a recurring monthly service where our team performs the optimization work on your behalf.
Referrals to BookedFirst and Lionshead Digital Agency, both part of the Lionshead Digital family of services.

The free assessment and scores are provided for informational and educational purposes. They do not constitute professional business, SEO, or legal advice.

3. Purchases and Payment

The AI Readiness Guide is available as a one-time purchase (Standard or Contractor edition, priced as shown at checkout). Done-For-You AI Visibility Management (Core or Growth) is billed monthly at the price shown at checkout, with a minimum initial commitment of 6 months at that rate, continuing month-to-month thereafter until canceled. All payments are processed through GoHighLevel's secure checkout. By completing a purchase, you authorize payment for the amount due, and for recurring plans, you authorize recurring monthly charges until you cancel.

All prices are in US Dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Pricing changes will not affect completed purchases or your rate for the remainder of your current committed term.

4. Refund Policy

AI Readiness Guide (90-Day Action-Based Guarantee). Complete the NAP audit, update your Google Business Profile using the checklist, and implement the schema templates within 30 days of purchase. If you've done that work and haven't seen measurable improvement in your AI visibility within 90 days of purchase, show us your completed audit, your updated GBP, and confirmation that schema is live on your site, and we'll refund your purchase in full. We cannot refund a purchase where the included work was not completed.

Done-For-You AI Visibility Management (7-Day Money-Back Guarantee). If within 7 days of signing up you decide the service isn't right for you, contact us and we'll refund your first payment in full, no questions asked. After the 7-day window, payments already made are non-refundable, though you may cancel future billing at any time as described below.

To request a refund under either guarantee, contact us at support@lionsheadagency.com. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

5. Cancellation of Recurring Services

Done-For-You AI Visibility Management plans carry a minimum initial commitment of 6 months at the rate shown at checkout. After that initial term, the plan continues month-to-month and may be canceled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. To cancel, contact us at support@lionsheadagency.com. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods or for canceling before the end of the initial 6-month term, except as provided under the 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee above.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Lionshead Digital Inc. does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Assessment scores and band ratings are based on information we collect from legally accessible, live public data, including your Google Business Profile, page speed performance data, your website's actual content, and live queries to AI engines. We do not alter, manipulate, or selectively omit this data; we present our findings and assessment of what that data shows at the time of your scan. Your actual AI visibility may change over time as these underlying data sources change.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lionshead Digital Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, methodology, and scoring frameworks, is the property of Lionshead Digital Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

9. Related and Third-Party Services

The Site may link to BookedFirst and Lionshead Digital Agency, both part of the Lionshead Digital family of services. While related, each is governed by its own separate terms of service and privacy practices, which you should review before using them.

The Site may also link to genuinely independent third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of service of any site we do not operate. Links are provided for convenience only.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
